General Information

Preamble

This Maintenance Program is a part of, and shall be used in conjunction with the approved General Maintenance Manual. The program specifies the detail of maintenance and inspection, schedule and unscheduled, to be performed on the certain aircraft.

The detail in this maintenance program is established from the related maintenance manuals, publication and regulation to be used as a reference document for the company maintenance personnel. Therefore, it may be alerted, revised and/or completely change upon requirement specified by manufacturer, Airworthiness Authority or the company.

However, the approval from Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) Thailand is needed for all cases. The program holder is required to maintain this maintenance program in an up to date condition by insertion of the revision page or section upon receive of the revision.

To revise or supplement this program, the List of Effective Pages issued with each revision and/or supplement will be changed and each page to be revised and/or supplemented will be changed, inserted, deleted and/or supplemented as specified in the list. The Record of Revision should then be entered by the person performing the revision and/or supplement.

Record of Revision

Upon receiving of revision and/or supplement, change, insert, delete and/or supplement the revision pages in the program and enter the revision number, revision date, insertion date and initial of person incorporating the revision and/or supplement in the appropriate block.
