 Appraisal of AC Aviation Empoyees
===================================

All ACA employees will be given an annual appraisal by their
department manager or the Nominated Person overseeing the department.

The annual appraisal shall include the employees overall knowledge of
ACA QAS and their dedication to the improvement of safety within their
department.
